Buy4BabyDirect offers free shipping on all orders $150 and over, incl of GST, delivered within New Zealand.

Delivery within New Zealand:  Our aim is to despatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment.  When you proceed to the checkout the delivery fee option will appear. 

Buy4BabyDirect uses CourierPost Non Signature Required ticketing for items. 

North Island orders are generally received within 1-3 working days and South Island orders are generally received within 2-3 working days, although please allow an extra 1-3 days for rural delivery within New Zealand). 

Buy4BabyDirect New Zealand delivery fee:
Our delivery charges for all orders under $150, incl of GST, are billed, at cost.  Anywhere within New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $6.50.

If your address is rural delivery, please let us know in the comment section!  If we do not know to use a rural delivery sticker on your item when it should be used, we are charged an additional fee for under-ticketing on top of the courier charge.

Buy4BabyDirect is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control, such as pre-Christmas consignments held up by the courier company.  Please note the expected delivery times depend on the availability of your order, your location, and prompt acceptance of payment.  The delivery times are estimates based on our courier company's calculations.  We do not hold any responsibility for delivery delays outside of our jurisdiction.

International / Worldwide delivery:  Buy4BabyDirect sends orders internationally and these items are sent via New Zealand Post International Air.  The delivery charge will appear when you place your order based on the country you select. Buy4BabyDirect will send your order to you as quickly as possible.  The delivery target time for international orders is 3 - 10 days or within one week for Australian orders. International Air is an affordable option for international deliveries although items are not tracked. If you would like your order tracked, please contact Buy4BabyDirect and we will arrange an International Courier.

Buy4BabyDirect's delivery charges for International orders are: 
Australia — $9.00
Rest of the world — $28.50

All International sales are less 15% GST and all prices on the Buy4BabyDirect website are inclusive of New Zealand's Goods and Services Tax (GST).  The GST amount will automatically be deducted from the order component of your sale at the checkout.  However, all International delivery charges will include 15% GST for the delivery component of the sale.  Any additional taxes or duties incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer and/or recipient.

If for any reason Buy4BabyDirect cannot get your order to you within a reasonable timeframe, you will be notified as soon as possible so that you can make a decision regarding backorders.
