You are only permitted to view, copy and print from this website for your personal use only.
Images and text descriptions are used on the Buy4BabyDirect website with permission from all manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.
Buy4BabyDirect collects and maintains all customer online transactions. By subscribing to the VIP Club, you authorise Buy4BabyDirect to send you promotional emails, e-newsletters, postal newsletters, sales offers, and new product(s) announcements. If at anytime you no longer wish to receive information, please contact Buy4BabyDirect , or click unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-newsletter.
Payment Security and Payment Methods
Buy4BabyDirect takes your security seriously. Buy4BabyDirect does not store or record any personal financial or credit card information at any stage of the sales transaction.
Buy4BabyDirect uses Paymate for all Visa card and Mastercard transactions. There is no need to sign up with Paymate to make a credit card payment. Choose the Paymate option at the checkout, you will then be re-directed to the Paymate Express Payment page. There you can enter your Visa card or Mastercard details, and you will then be directed back to the Buy4BabyDirect website. Your payment will be deposited into our account. All payments made through Paymate will be in New Zealand dollars, regardless of the currency used to place the order.
If you are not comfortable purchasing online with your Visa card or Mastercard, you can choose to pay via direct debit. Simply select the direct debit option at the checkout and you will receive an email with Buy4BabyDirect 's payment instructions. You will also be directed to this information on our website. Your payment must be received in full within 3 working days. If Buy4BabyDirect's email does not arrive in your inbox promptly, please check your spam folder(s). Failure to make payment or contact Buy4BabyDirect within 5 working days of your order placement will result in your order being cancelled.
Returns, Faulty Products & Exchanges
Buy4BabyDirect is pleased to offer high quality baby products. Buy4BabyDirect will do their best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Buy4BabyDirect. Buy4BabyDirect Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated retailer, hence you are protected by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Returns
Please contact Buy4BabyDirect within 7 days of receipt of goods, with the details BEFORE returning items. You will be issued with a Returns Goods Authorisation. Click here to contact Buy4BabyDirect. Any unauthorised returns, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted. Proof of purchase (the sales receipt) will be required. Please include the following with your returning package: Your name, email address used for purchasing the item, and the original or a photocopy of the sales receipt. Once a refund has been actioned, it may take a few days for your bank to process and post the transaction to your account.
Items purchased on sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges, therefore please choose carefully. Items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the person who purchased the gift. Buy4BabyDirect does not refund or exchange sales items, gift vouchers or books.
Buy4BabyDirect asks that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering – if in doubt, please contact Buy4BabyDirect before purchasing for clarification. Do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange or refund. Buy4BabyDirect will only accept goods that are in original condition (unused, unwashed, free of smells, marks, stains or foreign objects, with labels attached and unaltered), in their original undamaged/unaltered packaging. Buy4BabyDirect is unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow washing instructions carefully. Buy4BabyDirect recommends testing one cloth nappy or clothing or swaddling wraps for size before washing an entire order.
Faulty products
Please contact Buy4BabyDirect within 7 days of receipt of goods, with the details BEFORE returning items. You will be issued with a Returns Goods Authorisation.
For a faulty product Buy4BabyDirect will do everything possible to see a manufacturer fixes or replaces the faulty product, or a refund will be given if the item is not able to be replaced or fixed. Buy4BabyDirect will refund or credit the cost of the return postage for faulty items. Faulty items can only be dispatched after the returned item(s) have been received in accordance with the Returns policy above. Please include the return postage receipt when returning the faulty product. Buy4BabyDirect is unable to refund or offer a credit for the return postage without the postage receipt.
Exchanges
Please contact Buy4BabyDirect within 7 days of receipt of goods, with the details BEFORE returning items. You will be issued with a Returns Goods Authorisation.
Buy4BabyDirect reserves the right to offer store credits and accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you have changed your mind about a purchase Buy4BabyDirect is not obliged to accept a return. However, Buy4BabyDirect may consider an exchange. If an exchange is offered it will be in the form of a direct swap or store credit only, no refunds will be given. Items purchased on sale, are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore please choose carefully. You are responsible for all delivery costs for the returned item and the replacement item. A store credit will be issued for the difference if the replacement item is of lesser value than the returned item. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the returned item(s) have been received in accordance with the Returns policy above.
Buy4BabyDirect 's store credits are non-transferable and non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for money.
Damaged goods during delivery
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during delivery, please contact Buy4BabyDirect for a solution – Buy4BabyDirect will place a claim with the delivery company, and if the claim is granted Buy4BabyDirect will replace the damaged goods or offer a store credit.
Missing items
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, Buy4BabyDirect will place a claim with the delivery company, and if the claim is granted Buy4BabyDirect will replace the missing goods or offer a store credit.
Out of Stock Items
Buy4BabyDirect try to ensure items are in-stock, however due to the nature of selling online an error may occur. If this happens, Buy4BabyDirect will contact you with an alternative arrangement and/or a timeframe for backorders. Buy4BabyDirect can split orders and send items separately if required.
Buy4BabyDirect Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of the same value, or more than the face value of the Gift Voucher — in which case the recipient needs to make up the difference. Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers cannot be used for delivery charges or Goods & Services Tax (GST). Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for a purchase of under $10. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers will be void and will not be redeemed after expiry date. Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Buy4BabyDirect reserves the right to vary these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. The Gift Voucher code must be entered in the Gift Voucher section of the checkout when making an order. Buy4BabyDirect Gift Vouchers must be redeemed online.
